Bitter Bottled

Bottled the bitter last night with the generous help of a friend. Two people, and bottles that were cleaned before the residual yeast and beer dries inside, certainly speed up the process. Somewhat skeptical of the quality of this batch but I always am. Still trying to recreate the first brew Chris made and some of the earlier bitters but these remain elusive.
