Missed opportunities...

A number of years ago, I purchased a limited edition Wyeast for Fat Tire Ale. Unfortunately, grad school and then work got in the mix, preventing me from carving out the time to brew a batch with it. So for the past who knows how long, it has sat on my kitchen counter as a reminder to seize brewing opportunities as they arise. Now, however, it may be time to let it go. In case Wyeast ever releases this batch of yeast again, I want to record the number here: Fat Tire Ale 1144309.
