E.J. Wren is a great resource in Liverpool, NY. E.J. is a wealth of knowledge and always friendly. His ingredients supply is very extensive and he has all of the equipment needed to get started.
Midwest Brewing Supplies has just about everything to meet the needs of the budding to seasoned brewmasters. Oddly, their mail order catalogue seems to have a better selection that what is shown online.
Seven Bridges Cooperative is one of the few places supplying organic brewing supplies. I don't know if it was because it was organic or just a really good batch, but the Belgian White was stellar.
